ABOUT MORGAN

Morgan Kaye is a passionate and dedicated member of the Marketing industry with 15+ years experience. She loves to tell compelling stories which drive measurable brand and performance results. She started her career in her hometown of NYC where she worked for media giants including Paramount Pictures (f/k/a MTV) and Dreamworks (f/k/a Classic Media). 

Morgan began to focus on traditional brand marketing channels including Influencer Marketing, Organic Social, Experiential, Strategic Partnerships, and PR when she joined one of the largest advertising networks in the mid 2000’s, Mode Media. After working for several years at Mode, Morgan ventured off to become the VP of Influencer Marketing at ACTIVATE by Impact (f/k/a Bloglovin’). While working on the agency side, Morgan had the pleasure of working with hundreds of brands including Nike, H&M, Gucci, and Shutterfly. 

Her journey from the agency to brand life led her to Los Angeles where she became the Sr. Director of Influencer + Social at Dollar Shave Club. While at DSC, Morgan was named one of the ‘Top 17 Influencer Marketing Execs’ by Business Insider and was selected as an AdWeek CMO Mentee. With Morgan’s empathetic marketing approach and passion for helping those with their mental health, she became the VP of Brand Marketing for Feals, a premium CBD company pioneering the way to provide efficacious plant-based alternatives to help those with their mental health and self care needs. Navigating the world of strict advertising compliance led her to Curology as their Head of Brand Marketing. Curology is best known for their affordable, accessible, Rx skincare products.

Throughout her career, Morgan has always perfected her marketing skills and continued to work with various brands including Live Tinted, Bare Necessities, Tempo, Juice Beauty, Dove, Marshalls, and more. She brings a wealth of knowledge to all her clients and offers a unique marketing approach where data, storytelling, and creative all work together.

Morgan lives in Marina Del Rey with her husband, Tony, and their two French Bulldogs, Garçon & Bel.
